Manor House
The Manor House is Grade I listed and can sleep up to 109 people with additional facilities available for social events and meetings. If you are looking for a venue to host a large family gathering or event, need a big space for weekend workshops or have a large group that needs a base to gather after a day of exploring, our house may be a great choice for you.

Meeting Spaces
With several meeting spaces available at Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre we can provide the right location for you to hold training days, meetings, conferences and workshops.
Strawbale Classroom
Up to 25
Looking for an indoor space to hold a workshop or training? Our Strawbale Classroom is a great space for up to 25 people with electricity, tables and chairs. The classroom is accessible by a ramp and has a decking area to make the most of in warmer weather.
Training Room
Up to 30
Our training room is available to hire and can hold up to 30 people. It is a great space for training days, workshops and larger meetings and comes with tables and chairs and has ramp access.
Marquee
Up to 80
If you are looking to hold an event at Avon Tyrrell and want an outdoor space suitable for all weather conditions, our marquee may be the perfect option for you.
At 12×9 metres, with clear window panels it will fully protect your guests and ensure you have ample space for up to 80 people.
Electric and Lighting also available.

Lodges
Our forest lodges are the perfect accommodation options for families and groups looking for more independence. We have 7 fully equipped self-catering lodges, each sleeping between 6 and 14 people. If you are a group, the option of a catered stay may also be available on a full board or part board basis.

Fishing
The lakes at Avon Tyrrell are the perfect setting for any angler to enjoy a day’s fishing and are open from mid-June to Mid-March. Sit back, cast your rod and relax, knowing you are aiming to catch some big fish. Our 2 fully stocked lakes contain a great variety of fish including; Mirror, Common Carp, Tench, Eels, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Perch.
Season Tickets
Adult £130 | Child £90 (Under 16)
Purchase a season ticket and fish the lakes day or night (some restrictions do apply). Season Tickets are strictly limited and all applications are vetted.
Day Tickets
Adult ticket £10 | Child Ticket £8 | Day visitor not fishing £4
Please note the lake is used for activities which take priority and no alcohol is permitted.
